At Stenecourt we have two membership options. If Stenecourt is your main shul or you daven with us frequently, then Full Membership would be appropriate. This gives you priority for davening and aliyos, yahrzeit notices and azkaros as well as voting rights and a 20% discount on hall rental.

If your main shul is somewhere else but you daven with us regularly, become an Associate Member. This entitles you to a 10% discount on hall rental.

If you're not a member of a burial board, we strongly encourage you to join ours. Stenecourt has the largest burial board of all shuls that are members of the North Manchester Jewish Cemeteries Trust and we also own many of the cemeteries in North Manchester including Agecroft and Rainsough. Should you or your spouse pass away without being a member of a burial board, your family will be charged £10,000 to arrange kevurah. Burial Board membership is currently £125/person/year and in addition there may be a joining fee dependant on your age.

Your membership is important to us and we will never decline someone membership because they are unable to pay the full membership fee. If you would like to join but cannot afford the full fees, please do not hesitate to speak, in strictest confidence, to our treasurer who you can contact in the first instance by email at treasurer@stenecourt.com. 

One-Off Donations

If you do not want to become a member of the shul but still want to contribute to our running costs, we can accept one-off donations via our Charity Extra page. If you are not donating with a charity voucher account, please register for Gift Aid so we can receive an additional 25% on top of your donation.
