Visits to members If you are aware of any member of the Shul who is infirm, lonely or sick and who may welcome a visit by a member of the visitation group, will you please contact the Shul office with details. If you would be interested in joining the visitation group, again please let the office know.
CST The CST are looking for able and willing volunteers to come forward from the community, to take part on their forthcoming Cadet Course and to become CST volunteers. This will enable them to secure their own congregations, family and friends and to give something back to the community, while getting fit in the process. The CST would welcome all people, ladies as well as gentlemen, over 18 years.
With members from all orthodox Shuls, ManchesterK uniquely offers everyone a single point of contact. Its main aim is to offer the community an easy-to-use method of keeping informed about what is happening e.g. shiurim, times of davening, pleasant & not so pleasant news, communal functions, details of events etc. Other examples of additional use could be house sales & purchases, distributing details of a Kehillah-wide event, hunting for a babysitter, finding someone in the community with a particular knowledge or skill to name but a few. In all these cases and more, this is the place to come. ManchesterK is unlisted and membership is strictly controlled. Please click here to get more details and to register.
